At Falcon Design Studios, each piece is custom-made with care and attention to detail. Because our products are created specifically for you, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons other than defects.
Defective Items
If you believe your item is defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing us with:​

Your order number, and

Clear photos showing the defect(s).

Description of the issue(s).
Our team will review your request, and if it is determined to be a manufacturing defect:

We will provide written approval for a return.

The defective item must be destroyed, and we may require photographic proof of destruction.

Once destruction is verified, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.
Important Notes

Claims submitted after the 7-day window may not be eligible for review.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer are not considered defects.

Falcon Design Studios reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies as defective under this policy.
